Communication Channels

Keeping up with everything that's going on during a school year can be a real challenge! Here are all the places you can find our school and where to look for what kinds of information!

BAND App

DeGolyer Elementary BAND - Every family should be in this BAND! This is the primary communication channel for information from both the school and the PTA.

Class BANDs - Teachers will create and invite you to a BAND to keep up with their classroom-specific news and announcements. Check with your teacher(s) if you need an invite!

Extracurricular BANDs - Other clubs or extracurriculars may also create and invite you to a BAND to help keep up with their club-specific news and announcements. Check with the teacher or staff member in charge of your activity whether they have a BAND you should be in!

Class of 203X Facebook Groups - These are private groups set up by the PTA for parents to use to share information and get to know each other. PTA and the school do not distribute information in these groups.
